The hotel was fabulous and the location was great so close to all the nightlife, Liverpool one and the center of town. The staff were pretty friendly and welcoming the whole time of my stay. I greatly enjoyed the room with comfy beds.

The stuff was lovely and kind and check in was easy. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was immaculately clean and huge with terrace. Everything was fine.

The king room I got was complete with terrace as well as a fabulous bed. It was neat, and employees were very, very nice. The setting was marvellous, very close to all the bars and clubs, the nightlife and Liverpool at 10am.

The room is spotless and new-fashioned, it comes with a kettle, terrace, for example. The hotel is in the central location close to the centre.

Well-appointed and beautifully maintained rooms, I had absolutely amazing experience.
The staff were excellent and helpful and assisted me greatly. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the secret garden, and central Liverpool. Besides, Cunard Building was 3 km away from the property.

Rooms were generous sized and new-fashioned!
Had an amazing stay with my friend, we spent 1 night here, everything was fine. All the staff was excellent and helpful and I had an easy check in. The location was excellent and lovely, close to Liverpool Cathedral. The hotel was in a good area, adjacent to the secret garden, the centre, and all the main bars.

The rooms where good-sized and well-appointed with comfy beds and had all necessary facilities. This beautifully decorated and great hotel had central setting in the center of town.
Some people working there were very rude.

Everything was perfectly fine, incredible location in the centre of everything, the staff were lovely. I was upgraded to extremely spacious and airy king room with comfy beds. Had all necessary amenities, central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.
